DISCOVER COMICS!
SCAVENGER HUNT FOR STUDENTS (ALL LEVELS) AND YOUTH GROUPS
Kornschütte Festival Centre
Mon, April 16 – Fri, April 20, 9.30am–3.30pm
Where school classes get to experience Fumetto directly and immerse themselves in the world of comics. The event has two stages: 1) a group introduction to the comics medium, and 2) students take their own (age-oriented) scavenger hunt through selected exhibitions. The event is designed for varying school class levels (2nd to 4th, 5th to 7th and 8th to 9th classes). Both small groups or entire classes can participate. Results will be discussed in respective classrooms. Teachers of participating classes will receive a comic ‘instruction’ booklet in advance.
Duration: Introduction ca. 30 min, Scavenger hunt ca. 120 min.
Price: 100.– per class. Introduction, instructional workbook and day passes included. Just instructional workbook: 30.–

SHELTER – A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY!
GUIDED TOUR WITH IPADS (10TH CLASS STUDENTS AND UP)

For upper level students Fumetto offers a more extensive tour through the Shelter exhibition. The exhibition (featuring Guy Delisle and other renowned artists) presents comic reportages on topics of war, escape, migration and integration.
Classes will first be introduced to the exhibition and can then immerse themselves in the different stories on view. The digital iPad guide provides background information and related questions, providing students a more comprehensive experience of the exhibition.
Duration: Introduction ca. 15 min, Tour ca. 90 min.
Price: 100.– per class. Introduction, instructional workbook and day passes included.
